Scene Sundays: Our YouTube channel
After “Ligaw,” we’ve been getting requests to do videos on a more regular basis. Since we do everything ourselves with the help of friends, doing a video like this takes weeks of preparation, shooting and editing. But yes, a follow-up to “Ligaw” is in the works!
Meanwhile, we’ve also been making these little day-in-the-life video diaries as a way of sharing our stories through more than just photos and words. This one was shot in Cebu during our visit to Secret B hair and nail salon. The interiors and the nail stuff were just too pretty; we wish we could bring everyone there to see for themselves!
Another testament to our love for the Korean aesthetic is this video of our visit to Sunday 2PM Cafe, also in Cebu. We have this dream of visiting every Korean-owned or Korean-inspired salon, café, book store and furniture shop in the Philippines and featuring them all.
We’re also on the lookout for young and creative individuals who make something for themselves by following their passion, like 23-year-old Cebuana Rachel Arandilla who turned her love for vintage photography into a fun and lucrative business: Sprockets Café.
Aside from video diaries, we’ll be doing more tutorials for both guys and girls. Also in the works are a few other types of videos… just what types, you’ll see in the coming days. So go on and subscribe! We’ll do our best to keep you inspired and entertained. ♥
